Hi there ... welcome to day 1 of my 3 month long "24 Fit Club" blog. I hope everyone's New Year is going swimmingly. You know, so many of us make the same resolution each January: Lose weight, get fit, gain muscle, try yoga ... you get the idea. What if you actually achieved your fitness resolution this year? Wouldn't it feel great to be the proud, new owner of a fit and healthy body by 2009? About a week ago, I was given the opportunity to workout at 24 Hour Fitness for 3 months and share every sweat drenched moment with you on this blog.

I'll be taking a variety of Group X classes ranging from yoga and kick boxing to weight workouts, visiting a few different 24 Hour Fitness gyms, getting professional guidance from a trainer, and basically testing out everything available to 24 Hour Fitness members. Think of me as your personal gym journalist who will report all the info necessary to help you achieve your fitness goals!

Over the next 90 days, I’ll be discovering what 24 Hour Fitness has to offer, in terms of being the fitness solution you are looking for. Besides posting my personal fitness journal, I'll also post articles on nutrition, workout gear and tips to keep you motivated. Hopefully my 24 Fit Club blog will inspire you to begin a fitness journey of your own!
