4 Day Diet

I am a huge fan of VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club and am super excited to get my hands on The 4 Day Diet book by Dr. Ian K. Smith. Dr. Smith wants people to know that 80% of getting into shape/ losing weight is mental, 20% being physical. He created a diet in 4 day modules in order to resist temptation and win. The 4 Day Diet consist of 4 modules that last only four days each.
The best part is that you can follow The 4 Day Diet straight through or you can customize your own program. After the first two modules, you can do the remaining 5 in whichever order suits your schedule or preferences or you can repeat the modules you like best. I highly recommend this book because it focuses on the mental aspect of weight loss, which I feel has a LOT to do with weight gain.
