Blackberry Ice Cream- Eat It

Waking up this morning, the first thought that popped in my head was- ICE CREAM! You think I’m kidding, I’m not. My second thought was- Yay, it’s Friday. My third thought- Where is that blasted snooze button? So now that you know where I’m coming from, I wanted to share this Blackberry Ice Cream with you. This ice cream is a simple way to express you love for summer. It has simple ingredients, but you will need (gasp!) an ice cream maker. As with anything that has just a few ingredients, the quality of ingredients is important. Use the freshest eggs and cream, and most importantly blackberries you can find. I like blackberries from the farmer’s market the best.
