Cranberry Bog Hits New York
Posted on 08 October 2008 by joy
If you’re a New Yorker, not many things will strike you as strange. If you were walking around near Rockefellar Center this morning you might have noticed a full on cranberry bog. Strange for New York? Hardly.
Ocean Spray, those crazy cranberry enthusiasts, have created an impressively sized cranberry bog in the middle of New York. This marks the third year that Ocean Spray has created “The Big Apple Bog” to celebrate cranberry harvest. The people wading around in the cranberry soup are cranberry farmers there to answer all your burning cranberry questions.
What a way to celebrate the cranberry harvest! Next Ocean Spray is taking their educational bog to Los Angeles’ Kodak Theater and then Boston.
