The Calabasas-based company The Cheesecake Factory is opening a new restaurant concept Rock Sugar in the Century City Mall, just outside of Beverly Hills.    The restaurant is housed within a huge 7500 sq ft space, and if i know anything about The Cheesecake Factory, the portions will be huge, the drinks gigantic and the lines to get in- long.

The Cheesecake Factory boasts that Rock Sugar will be an upscale restaurant with a full bar, really creative drink options and food inspired by Thai, East Indian, Malaysian and Indonesian foods.  The concept is a real departure from the traditionally American fare at The Cheesecake Factory and Grand Lux Cafes.  I'm going for a sneak preview tasting this weekend, but the restaurant is set to open at the end of June 2008.  My question- is there such thing as Indonesian Cheesecake?
