E3: Final Fantasy XIII Coming to Xbox 360

Update: It appears now that the 360 version will not be available in Japan, which judging by the numbers, shouldn’t be too big of a deal.

Big news for Xbox 360 owners and Microsoft in general: Square has announced at the Microsoft press conference that Final Fantasy XIII is going to be released on Xbox 360 the same day as PS3 in North America and Europe.
Sorry Sony.

I can’t blame Square, but this really sucks for Sony. They say that since there is a larger installed base for 360 users in North America they want to give the game to as many gamers as possible. And yet I, as a faithful Square gamer and PS3 owner, cannot play Infinite Undiscovery? Sounds a little hypocritical to me.
