Can anyone say direct to video? I really can’t explain the obsession Uwe Boll (BloodRayne & BloodRayne II: Deliverance) has to directing video game franchises. I imagine he’s having a race between himself and Paul W.S. Anderson (Resident Evil, Mortal Kombat) as to who can direct the most terrible film adaptations of video games that we so happen to love. Still you have to give credit to Boll though, at least he’s following the plot of the game. Other than that well..thats another story. Not even Udo Kier can save this one. Sorry Udo. The film unfortunately comes out Spring 2008.
