We seem to slowly be making out way into Fall’s apple season. I’m already musing about all the apple pies, upside down tarts and cakes I’m going to enjoy this Fall. I think I’ll kick off my apple frenzy with these simple and delicious Apple Cheddar Scones from Big City, Little Kitchen. Gena used Dorie Greenspans’s recipe, and the scones look perfectly golden and delicious! If you’re surprised by the combination of cheddar and apple together, try it, you’ll like it! The creamy cheese and the tart, juicy apples work wonders together! Combine the two in a buttery scone dough, and you’re living in a perfect world.
