French Peasant Bread

French Peasant Bread with Rosemary will certainly not make you feel like you’re living the peasant life. It’s practically begging to be made and eaten warm with extra virgin olive oil. With the simplest of ingredients you can throw together this heavenly bread. All you’ll need is flour, sugar, water salt, yeast and of course rosemary. And even though it’s a yeasted bread, the little bit of kneading required is done by your mixer and then the dough is left to rest for about an hour. Easy as pie!
It’s super simple and an easy way to fill your house with that fresh baked bread smell. Priceless.
