Gears of War 2 Tech Demo

If you don’t know by now, Gears of War 2 is coming in November. Oh and another thing, its probably going to be AMAZING. Case in point the tech demo of the game which was revealed at GDC. The graphics are going to be great no doubt but what has got me more excited are the other new features, notably the soft body physics, destructible environments and the high density crowds! Please Epic Games, please have a battle that involves Marcus Fenix fending off a 100 Locusts.
I do have a minor qualm. I don’t see the big deal about dynamic fluid surfaces unless it’s really going to be involved in the game. If Fenix are crew are just going to walk past a gorgeous puddle of water than its no big deal. High speed boat chase as thousands of Locusts are chasing them….well thats another story.
