After a long day, nothing beats a quick and easy dinner that the whole family can enjoy. For those of you lucky enough to live where you can still grill through the winter, we’ve got a tasty solution for you! This Grilled BBQ Pork Chop Dinner is complete with grilled corn and a side salad with KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing. This dinner is great for a chilly night. It’s warm, rich in flavor and only takes 22 minutes to prepare.
If you’re feeling adventurous, you can even make Citrus BBQ Pork Chops by adding 2 tbsp. of orange juice concentrate and ¼ tsp. of crushed red pepper to the KRAFT Original Barbeque Sauce.
Grilled BBQ Pork Chop Dinner
What You Need
4 medium ears corn on the cob
4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1-1/4 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 bag (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
1/2 cup KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing
Make It
ARRANGE each ear of corn on piece of heavy-duty foil; spread with butter. Wrap corn securely.
PLACE corn on greased grill over medium-hot coals. Grill 5 minutes.
PLACE chops on grill. Grill corn with chops an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until corn is tender and chops are cooked through, turning frequently and brushing chops frequently with barbecue sauce. Serve chops with additional barbecue sauce, corn and salad greens topped with dressing.
