Heidi Montag Plastic Surgery: Before and After Pics

There have been very few actresses people that have made such a drastic change as Heidi Montag. She is one of The Hills’ sexiest girls. There are very few things that make me happier than seeing half-naked pictures of Heidi, but after seeing these before and after pics of her, my jaw literally hit the floor. She went from funky to funkay! Coincidentally, right after she met Spencer… I guess it works for her because she makes a fistfull of money now. Enough to buy a Phantom ($400k) Sacrifices must be made I guess. What do you think? Does she look better before or after?

She is very unfortunate looking. Hollywood got to her and she still looks like a trainwreck… with or without 10 surgeries. She is NOT a good role model for younger girls looking up to her…. but who would actually look up to her?

It’s funny. She had a lot of surgery, but she doesn’t look very different except her breasts are larger and her hair is flatter. I think if all the media didn’t make such a fuss about her “dramatic transformation” few people would have noticed.

i think this girl is pretty on the inside- she has a great heart- i think she is around the wrong peeps or something- she need to have someone who says to her -no- and remember what she was taught as a child – she got in to the fame game to much- her hubby needs to grow up and quit all this crap…… this girl needs to get out of town and re think her life,the way it is going her mom and dad need to have a talk with them and say grow up and look at the big picture and look around and see the world and help the poor i say she a pretty girl but my word……..

I feel sorry for the gal. Anybody, and yes I mean Anybody with that low self esteem has to be in trouble. You can have all the money in the world, but what good will it be if your that self-conscience? I just hope someone she trust, and not spencer or even her Mom, but someone whom she was a friend with long before the fame and money got here. Perhaps her sister. Someone needs to get this girl some help mentally, and the last thing she needs is ” Yes People” or ass kissers to agree with everything. Someone be honest with her and tell her. ” You need to be happy with the person God made you” not what “other” want or expect you to be or look like!!!!!

I can’t beleive she spent that much money on her own selfish ugly self when there are so many people in need of real surgery. And what an idiot doctor to preform such a surgery instead helping others, such a money greedy doctor. Even after all that surgery, Heidi does not have that firm, fit solid look of a knock out body. Her thighs still look thick and not muscular and I don’t see any stomach muscles. Yah, she better keep up with the PLASTIC LOOK if she wants a man. Oh, that reminds me, Spencer isn’t even a Man’s Man if he couldn’t except her the way she was and to let her go through with the surgery. I can’t believe I am leaving a post here, but something must be said. Who are all of you? What do you look like? I think she looked amazing before, the girl next door–pretty, simple, wonderful. But now she has become something else. The average supermodel. Now back to you people…I would like to know what you look like, how you have the right to say who is pretty and who isn’t. I’m not a Heidi fan per say, but this just exemplifies everything that is wrong with this society. Before Heidi had any surgery what so ever I just always thought she was an average plain jane but had great curves for being so thin. I understood why she got the first boob job because she really was flat but how big they are NOW just looks ridulous!! It’s not hot I’m sorry because she’s so tiny first of all and she looked gooregous on last season of the Hills and now I’m kinda worried about what she’s gonna look like next time because her face all around looks so fake now and honestly.. kinda “manish” : / sorry but she should of just stayed how she was after the first two surgeries.
