Hello Cupcake!

Is it too early to think about the long 4th of July weekend? I’m already thinking about the pool parties and barbecues that I’m going to enjoy. My goal is to lounge by the pool with a plate of snacks and a cocktail literally all weekend long. It’s going to be divine!
The only way I can get away with spending so much time by my friend’s pool is if I come with these bright Red Velvet Cupcakes. They’re festive, super moist and are topped with the best cream cheese frosting. I can’t wait!
