Hollywood.com Presents: When Their Looks Fade

Ever wonder how long beauty can outweigh lack of talent? Especially with some of the ’stars’ Disney has produced over the last decade or so. Many people accept them as products of the system, but when does the system stop working for them? When do performers lose their crutch? Usually when they lose their looks.
Hollywood.com has addressed this issue by compiling a list of 20 good looking celebs to run through the gauntlet. They look at the body of work of the performer–for instance Jessica Alba–and decide whether or not they have the right stuff to continue to be at the top of the celeb food chain, even after their looks fade:

The Verdict: Alba knows how to pick a loser. Her superhero franchise Fantastic Four collapsed after pandering to the Saturday morning cartoon crowd; The Eye opened when interest in Asian horror remakes had waned; Good Luck Chuck was about as romantic as a dinner date at Red Lobster. Alba needs to a better judge of the roles she’s offered or the Sin City’s sexy stripper will end up dancing for dollars for real.
