A young male student was burned at Warner Middle School in Farmington Hills, MI, when the PSP in his pocket overheated and exploded.  The incident occurred around 9 a.m. Wednesday morning.  According to police the fire had burned a hole in his pants, the child suffering minor burns. The school was put on temporary lock down as emergency personnel could go into the school and help the child.  He was treated at the school with burns to the leg and is now in a local hospital.

I'm not saying ban video games in schools but it may be time for a PSA about proper video game usage (i.e. don't put any portable video game consoles in your pocket)
