Yesterday came the unexpected news of coach Bob Knight, resigning as head mens basketball coach from Texas Tech University. Nicknamed the General, Knight has the most wins of any coach in men's D-I college basketball, having won 902 games including 3 national title victories. Besides being a tremendous coach, Knight also had a knack for verbal quips, most notably to the media. Love him or hate him, the man knew basketball even if he said a few expletives here and there.

Here are my top 10 picks for viral videos of 2007. This was the best year of viral videos to date and I can't wait to see what people will come up with in 2008. I only beg viral video copiers to stop the madness. We don't need 100 copies of someone putting on a blond wig and re-enacting Leave Britney Alone. Thanks for the attempts but they are just not needed. Now on with the videos!
