Have you been to Hugo’s for breakfast?  It is easily one of my favorite breakfast places in Los Angeles.  Strawberry Chai Spice Pancakes.  Yea… how incredible does that sound!?

Hugo’s is one of the beautifully successful sustainable and organic restaurants in Los Angeles.  Their menu features an eclectic mix of delicious health food.  Even if you’re not into health food, the items are so good and so fresh, that you’ll never know you’re eating something good for you.

They  serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, but the breakfast and brunch menu is out of this world.  I stopped for the Eggs and Sweet Corn Tamales with green tomatillo sauce and rustic potatoes.  The before mentioned Strawberry Chai Spice Pancakes are full of flavor and served with fresh whipped cream and fresh sliced strawberries.

Service at Hugo’s is always top notch- very friendly and professional.  With two locations, one in West Hollywood and one in Studio City, it’s a must try next time you’re in search of an incredible breakfast experience.

And as if breakfast weren’t enough, Hugo’s also runs an amazing taco stand just kitty corner to their Studio City location.  They offer simple tacos, burritos and taquitos.  All you have to do is pick your filling and then pick a delicious sauce to go along with it.  I’m warming you- the sauces are hard to choose.  It seems like one is more delicious than the other.  My two favorites are the grilled fish tacos with jalapeno and tomatillo salsa or the grilled veggie tacos with honey chipotle sauce.  So Good!
