Katy Perry Kissed the Floor and I Liked It

Katy Perry ate it yesterday in the MTV Latin America Awards after jumping into a cake after her “I Kissed a Girl” performance. It doesn’t seem like very sound judgment on her part, but she did look a little… out of it. Then again Oktoberfest is going on right now. it’s not too hard to make a connection. TMZ has the video, so judge for yourselves.
