Love the Egg but Hate the Peeling?

Here is a seemingly random video from Timothy Ferriss, the man who does everything more efficiently than you and me. How to peel a hard boiled egg without actually peeling the hard boiled egg.
Let’s be honest, when I cook up a hard boiled egg and go to peel it, I usually end up peeling half of the egg white into the trash with the hard shell. While it an be a bit frustrating, I generally just shrug my shoulders and move on with my life. As long as I get some of the egg to enjoy, I suppose I’m a happy girl.
That ‘I’ll take what I can get’ kind of attitude is simply not good enough for Timothy Ferriss, author of The Four Hour Workweek. Yea, how efficient is that guy!? Check out his no peel technique. If you’re anything like me, this technique means that your eggs goes flying onto the ground.
