Creamy Coconut Dip
Light, refreshing, quick and delicious! This recipe goes great served with cut up fruit (fresh pineapple cubes and / or strawberries), especially in warm weather. Try preparing with light cream cheese and light Cool Whip.
1 pkg.
(8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 can
(15 oz.) cream of coconut
1 tub
(16 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
BEAT cream cheese and cream of coconut in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
ADD whipped topping; gently stir until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
SERVE with HONEY MAID Grahams Honey Sticks, HONEY MAID Honey Grahams or cut-up fresh fruit.
