So summer is just around the corner and its time to fit your back side into those itty bitty bikini bottoms. This means cutting out the foods you love and crave. In my case, it’s the creamy dreamy wonderful taste of cream cheese. I use it in or on almost everything, from dips and desserts, to sandwiches and soups. So you would think that I would have to part ways with my heavenly treat, right?

Wrong! Now we can have our cake and eat it too, literally! By using Philadelphia’s new 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese I can still have my yummy treats with a 1/3 less fat. It tastes just as great as the original, and with a varitiey of flavors you won’t be bored. Try a few of these tips to help you feel good on the inside and fierce on the outside.

Liven up Breakfast:

Top your whole wheat pancakes, waffles, or bagels with the new 1/3 Less Fat Strawberry flavor cream cheese instead of syrup. Complete with strawberries for a balanced breakfast that is sure to keep you going throughout your day.

Keep Dessert Alive:

No need to give up dessert either! Simply replace the Original Cream Cheese you use when making cheesecake with the new 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese. Or try it as a dip for fruit, by mixing it with honey. It’s a combination that is both refreshing and satisfying!

Snack-Time:

Instead of snacking on flavorless carrot and celery sticks, try spreading any of the new 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese Flavors on a  low-cal rice cake, or toasted pita bread and top with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, or apples and cinnamon. Take an old-favorite like ants on a log and replace the peanut-butter on your celery stick with 1/3 Less Cream Cheese. For an added bonus replace the traditional raisins with dried cranberries, cherries, or chopped pieces of mango.

Try it anyway you like it. Using the new 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheeses will keep you looking great!

Hi, that looks like something I might try. It does make sense to cut calories where you can and to cut fat might help do it. But, then companies or always finding ways to sell there "new" product! I haven't tried it, yet, but when it's on sale or I have a cents off coupon, I will. I know that I Hate low fat or no fat cream cheese!.The one I tried was slimey and not very good.
