For the sun-dried tomatoes in this dip, you should either purchase them marinated in olive oil or hydrate them. To do this, place tomatoes in small bowl; pour boiling water over tomatoes to cover. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes to soften tomatoes. Drain, pat dry. This dip will be a hit, try serving with the roasted vegetable Ritz crackers, Tomato & Basil Wheat Thins, bruschetta or a toasted onion bagel. Feel free to add some garlic salt, garlic powder and / or minced fresh basil.


1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp.  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup  chopped black olives
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions


MIX cream cheese and sour cream in medium bowl until well blended.

ADD tomatoes, olives and onions; mix well.

SERVE with assorted NABISCO Crackers or cut-up vegetables.
