Mario Lopez and his homely dancer girlfriend Karina Smirnoff enjoyed the beach in Miami on Sunday.
Mario playfully tossed Karina into the air, then had a wardrobe malfunction while falling face first. After the wild romp Karina was spotted with a big bruise on her thigh.
