Mixed Green & Beet Salad

Do you ever find yourself overwhelmed by the vast selection or produce at farmer’s markets? If you’re like me, you tend to stick to the limited produce that you are familiar with, and may not be sure what to look for when choosing other produce like, beets. Luckily, this pureKraft video has great tips and tricks to help you choose the best beets and mandarin oranges for this particular Mixed Green and Beet Salad .
The sweet and tangy flavors of the fresh produce are highlighted by KRAFT Light Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing. Don’t worry if you don’t have access to fresh mandarins and beets, this video will also explain how canned mandarins and beets from the supermarket can be used as a substitute.
Mixed Green and Beet Salad
What You Need
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, undrained
1/2 cup KRAFT Light Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
1 pkg. (8 oz.) torn mixed salad greens
1 can (14 oz.) beets, drained, cut into slivers
1/2 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
Make It
DRAIN oranges, reserving 2 Tbsp. liquid. Mix reserved liquid and dressing.
TOSS greens with oranges, beets, nuts and onions in large bowl.
ADD dressing mixture; mix lightly.
