No More Cali-Fornication with Leoni for Duchovny

In the spirit of bitter divorces, this year, like that of Madge and Guy Ritchie, David Duchovny, 48, and Téa Leoni., 42, have officially called it quits.
I just don’t get it. Several couples complain that their sex lives have dwindled and are no longer intimidate, which is why they split in the first place. Now David Duchovny had a sex addiction, which I feel would have kept their relationship together, but alas! Such is not the case.
In a released statement, Duchovny and Leoni stated:
“In light of continuous speculation over the lives and marriage of Tea Leoni and David Duchovny, the couple has confirmed that they have in fact been separated for several months,” the statement said. “The couple had hoped to keep this separation private for the sake of their children.”
Insult to injury! They were dunzo before he even underwent treatment! So I guess that treatment he underwent was Duchovny’s last stitch effort to make it work, but no dice.
The children in question are daughter Madelaine West, 9, and their son Kyd, 6. Who’s name is the best name for a son, despite what anybody says! It’s perfect. “Hey Kyd, get over here!”
Well, despite their “efforts,” David Duchovny and Téa Leoni’s marriage, which started back in 1997, has run aground, and right around her Ghost Town movie premiere too. They should have come out with it then, because now I feel like I was lied to! What’s worse is that people knew about his addiction and even called him out on it! Us Magazine wrote:
“I’m not a sex addict,” Duchovny told Playgirl magazine then. “I have never been to those meetings. It’s hurtful to my family and if I was involved with a woman in a monogamous relationship, it would be hurtful to her. There was another story claiming I was a neat freak. If I had to choose one of the two, I think I’d rather be a sex addict. It’s not funny and I’ll be glad when it goes away.”
Well it didn’t go away, but your wife did. Moral of the story: Don’t lie about having sex, embrace it, and we’ll love you for it.
