Pear & Blue Cheese Salad in 3 Steps!

One of my favorite fall fruits is pears. This sweet and juicy fruit is the botanical cousin of apples and can be served raw, baked, or poached. Pears have a delicate floral taste with a soft, juicy flesh that makes it an ideal fruit to add to holiday meals. Try this Pear & Blue Cheese Salad; it’s prepared in just 3 easy steps: toss ingredients, spoon onto your plates, and drizzle KRAFT Light Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing. The fusion of flavors creates a light but elegant side salad that your taste buds will enjoy.
Here are a few tips on storing pears: Store unripe pears in the refrigerator up to a week or at room temperature in a bowl. To speed up the ripening process of pears, place them in a brown paper bag with a ripe banana.
