Phelps to Host Season Premiere of SNL

So what does it take to qualify to be the host of the SNL Season Premiere? Well rock hard musculature and eight gold medals ought to do it!
That’s right. The Olympic Phenom Michael Phelps is going to host the SNL live on Sept. 13. It doesn’t end there for the Olympic swimmer. Apparently he’s made quite a splash in the entertainment area because he has a book deal for his memoirs Built to Succeed, as well as making a guest appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Monday.
This kid is only 23 and is already a mega superstar. I think this is very well deserved though, I want to see how he would square up with Aqua Man though. I’m sure those medals can be mighty heavy under water…
