Pork Burger- the Summer Sandwich

These pork hamburgers are perfect for summer grilling. They have flavor for days!
First spice up store bought barbecue sauce with a bit of cayenne and vinegar. That sauce gets added to the ground pork, gets slathered on the patty just when it’s done cooking, and gets spread on the bun. That’s some serious flavor.
Top the burger with a homemade cabbage coleslaw for a nice crunchBurgers and throw it on a fresh kaiser roll, and you’ve got one fine summer evening dinner.
