The Dreamcast was, in the end, a flop. Yet it holds a special place in the hearts of many a gamer (myself included.) This little fan-made gem has an LCD screen, stereo speakers and runs on two R/C (car) batteries. I kind of wish I had here right now for a few rounds of Virtua Fighter. If it wasn’t for modders, I swear I would be a less happy gamer.
