Ranch Mashed Potatoes

Thanksgiving dinner just isn’t complete without a side of mashed potatoes. Homemade mashed potatoes are a classic and simple-to-make dish. Here’s a recipe that offers a delicious change from traditional mashed potatoes. KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing and cauliflower come together to create a thick and creamy side that pairs perfectly with turkey.

If you’re big on presentation, you can garnish the potatoes with chives, green onions, bacon, cheese, or parsley.

  Ranch Mashed Potatoes

What You Need

   1       lb. potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks
   1       cup bite-size cauliflower florets
1/4      cup KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing

Make It

COOK potatoes and cauliflower in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min. or until vegetables are tender.

DRAIN vegetables; return to saucepan. Add dressing; mash until vegetable mixture is light and fluffy.
