Red Hot and Roka Blue Chicken Salad

One of my favorite “extras” to add to salads is green onions. Green onions are also known as spring onions, or scallions, and have a mild onion flavor that is ideal to toss into salads, omelets, tacos, and stir-frys. To prepare green onions, trim off the roots, remove any wilted or discolored layers, and wash under cold water. You can use Green Onions whole, cut into thin slices, chopped, or cut diagonal.
This quick and easy recipe for a Red Hot and Roka Blue Chicken Salad is sure to spice up your day! Oven roasted chicken breasts are mixed with hot pepper sauce then tossed with iceberg lettuce and sliced green onions. KRAFT ROKA Blue Cheese Dressing is a perfect compliment to the hot peppers. If you are brave enough to handle the heat, increase the amount of hot pepper sauce to give your salad that extra kick!
