Rock Band 2: First Guitar Looks

We’ve extracted a couple of looks at the new guitar for Rock Band 2 from IGN to get a feel for what they’re going for. A fake wood finish makes sense for a fake guitar, and I really hope those buttons are a bit easier on the fingers than the original Rock Band guitar. Overall the controller matches what the original was all about: a larger, more realistic looking peripheral with extra buttons for easier soloing. Here’s a bigger look:
