Sausage & Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms

With only a few days left before Thanksgiving, we wanted to round up our favorite side dishes to help you prepare a great, holiday dinner! These cute Sausage & Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms are a welcomed addition to any holiday dinner table. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing is brushed onto the mushroom caps to intensify the flavors of the mushroom, Italian sausage, and mozzarella cheese.
Want a helpful hint to get more stuffing into your mushrooms? Use a melon baller to scoop out the insides of mushrooms before packing!
Sausage & Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms
What You Need
24 medium fresh mushrooms (1 lb.), cleaned
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 cup cooked crumbled Italian sausage
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Make It
HEAT broiler.
REMOVE and discard stems from mushrooms. Brush mushroom caps with dressing; place on rack of broiler pan. Broil 5 min.
PRESS sausage into mushroom caps, adding about 1 tsp. sausage to each cap. Sprinkle with cheese.
BROIL 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
