ABC Family is rolling out the red carpet for the premiere of its new family drama series, The Secret Life of the American Teenager. The new series stars, Molly Ringwald and introduces a cast of characters that are fairly new to my eyes. Besides possibly having the longest title on TV, this show is supposed to offer insight into the problems that todays youth face, in a relatable and thought provoking way. Taking the place of the canceled 7th Heaven, the show is chalk full of bad acting and equally bad dialogue, but maybe a star will emerge. I give it two seasons, max!
