Shia LaBeouf Will Drink to Drive Another Day

The Transformers star, Shia LeBeouf, will not be charged with a DUI for his accident way back in July, 
but a simple slap on the wrist will suffice. So what does a slap on the wrist mean for a superstar? Nothing more than a suspended license, for refusing to take a breathalyser test.
The reason for not being charged with a DUI is that the L.A. Country District Attorney had “insufficient evidence.” Hey, if a guy was driving around with a bunch of toilet seats in the back of his truck, and says he paints on them for fun, I say he’s under the influence of SOMETHING! Nonetheless, his attorney, Michael Norris, not only helped get him out of a DUI charge, but will also try to, “litigate the matter at the DMV that his license will not be suspended.”
Someone’s head has to roll for this tragic accident, so two other people are going to be charged for the accident, because they hurt Shia’s toilet painting hand. If you’re wondering if I’m just hating on Shia, I must answer with a firm YES! This is Why.
Yes that is Megan Fox. How I hate him so…..
