Shrimp Kabob with Olive and Tomato Relish

It’s not time to put your BBQ away just yet; you’ve got to give these shrimp kabobs a try! With fresh diced tomatoes, chopped black olives, red onion, and lemon slices this recipe is sure to have a bold flavor which is nicely complemented by KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing.

Don’t worry, this recipe is simple to make (in less than 25 minutes!) and we’ve even got you covered with a step-by-step instructional pureKraft video that features great tips as well. It shows you things like how to properly soak your skewers to prevent them from burning on the grill.

  Shrimp Kabobs with Olive and Tomato Relish

What You Need

1/4      cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
   1       lb. uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined
   1       small red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
   1       lemon, cut into 8 wedges
1/4      cup chopped black olives
1/4      cup chopped tomatoes

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat. Reserve 2 Tbsp. dressing. Thread shrimp and onions alternately onto 4 skewers; thread lemon wedges onto ends. Brush with remaining dressing.

GRILL 6 to 8 min. or until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally. Meanwhile, mix reserved dressing with olives and tomatoes.

SERVE kabobs topped with olive mixture.
