Spore Movie, TV Show in EA’s Sights

Electronic Arts has expressed the desire to turn EA Maxis’ upcoming life-sim Spore into a feature film and a television show, creator Will Wright has revealed in his interview with Reuters.
“With Spore, we’re looking way outside the game space, such as TV, movies, etc…We’re basically planting the seeds to spread Spore out to a much wider group of people than would ever play a computer game.”
I can’t wait for all those crazy sitcoms and subsequent spin-offs.
