Capcom today used its blog to announce the release dates for Mega Man 9, revealing that Wii owners will get first crack with Playstation owners getting the title a few days later. No reason was provided for why the Xbox 360 version won’t be ready until Wednesday, October 1st.

According to reports over at Famistu, the Xbox 360 has outsold the Wii and PS3 for the week of September 8th.
The 360 sold an absurd 28,68 during the week, compared to about 840 the previous week. The Wii came in second and got 27,057 units out, while the PS3 clocked a distant thrid at 8,050 units sold.
