Part of the Leipzig Games Convention, Activison Blizzard has fired out a batch of screens showing off their latest war monster, Call of Duty: World at War. The shots give you a good impression of why the game claims the world is at war, with some very anti-peaceful explosions.

Developer Treyarch has just revealed the minimum system requirements to play Call of Duty: World at War.
The game is sheduled for Q4 of 2008 and will be available for PC, PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii.
The minimum requirements follow:
* CPU: AMD 64 3200+ / Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHz +
* Memory: 512MB (XP) or 1GB (Vista)

Activision today revealed that it is planning to release more of franchise titles Guitar Hero and Call of Duty in 2009.
According to Activision Publishing CEO Mike Griffith, the publisher’s 2009 lineup will include “multiple new Guitar Hero SKUs [and] an all new Call of Duty [due to our] leapfrog studio strategy.”
