The Perfect Strawberry Martini

This weekend I’ve decided to indulge in… you guess it… Strawberry Martinis. It’ll go something like this: a handful of loud and laughing friends, some sort of ridiculously fun dinner like Sloppy Joe’s, music and strawberry martinis. That’s a recipe for one fine weekend!

The Perfect Strawberry Martini
makes 2 martinis
3 ounces Stoli Strawberry Vodka
1 ounce triple sec
1 ounce guava juice
1 ounce lime juice
2 small spoonfuls of super fine sugar
5-6 ripe red strawberries, diced
In a shaker tin, add all of the ingredients including the diced strawberries. Muddle the mixture until strawberries are well crushed. Add ice to fill shaker tin 3/4 full. Shake vigorously and poor into a sugar rimmed martini glass.
