Top 5 Summer Grilling Recipes

I’m already looking forward to the long 4th of July weekend, and I’ve got the grilling recipes to prove it. I’m planning on spending all holiday weekend by the pool and by the grill. Can one grill in their bathing suit? Well… I don’t know any other way. Here’s what’s on the menu this weekend- the top 5 grilling recipes for the 4th of July holiday weekend!
Lemon Grilled Shrimp Cocktail to start. Try a different take on the traditional shrimp cocktail with lemon and rosemary grilled shrimp with a lemon garlic mayonnaise dipping sauce.
Grilled Steak with Whiskey Butter- I can’t be the only one that thinks butter is sexy. Ok…. maybe I am. Imagine butter with whiskey, Dijon and Worcestershire sauce melting all over your grilled steak. Oooooh my. That’s against all the rules.
Grilled Chicken with Lemon, Garlic and Oregano- Simple and traditional dish. Easy to throw on the grill and impressive every time. There’s something instantly yummy about slightly charred and fragrant chicken and lemon wedges.
Grilled Salmon with Chinese Barbecue Sauce- Salmon with the flavors of soy and ginger. Try something different than the regular old spritz of lemon, salt and pepper.
Grilled Corn on the Cob with Garlic Butter, Fresh Lime and Cotija Cheese- Grilled corn is the perfect 4th of July treat. It feels like the most American thing you could eat on the holiday weekend. And the garlic butter, lime and Mexican cotija cheese just kick up the corn flavor all the more.
