Hannah Montana rocker Miley Cyrus recently celebrated her 15th Birthday with 15,000 fans. But her Mom, Tish, put together at rockin' 80s-themed surprise party on November 21, two days before Miley's actual birthday. When Miley pulled up to The Factory in her hometown of Franklin, Tennessee, she thought she was going to see one of her favorite bands, Paramore, perform, Miley said:

"I got in an everyone of my friends from like second grade was there!"
