Chace was recently spotted out clubbing with All My Children and Carrie 'look-alike' Leven Rambin, 17. Yikes, a bit too young there?

Eyewitnesses claimed Leven had a hot make out with Chace at NYC’s Beatrice Inn on November. 28 while his Leighton looked on. Classy. A friend told the New York Post:

“Chace is in a serious relationship with Carrie, and he would never jeopardize that. They spend almost every weekend together. They spent Thanksgiving together in Texas, and they’re so in love.”
