Pop starlet Hilary Duff, 20, and her homely sister Haylie, 22, skipped out of the Glowbal Grill & Satay Bar in Vancouver without paying their bar tab. Hilary is currently in Canada filming her new movie Safety Glass. Why is Haylie there anyway, is she Hil's assistant?
Rather than turning the incident into huge issue, manager Jeffrey Penna covered the $400 bill Hilary and her sister didn't feel the need to pay.
