Jamie Lynn Spears Planning Secret Wedding
Friends of Jamie Lynn Spears, who is 13 weeks pregnant, claim she is planning to secretly marry boyfriend Casey Aldridge, 19, prior to their baby's arrival next summer. Apparently, Jamie, 16, has been pretending they have split up. Casey recently put a message on his MySpace profile saying he and Jamie Lynn had split to fool the media.Casey’s uncle Odus Jackson, a Baptist minister, said the couple were guests at his home for a Thanksgiving dinner in November. Jackson said:
“Casey wants to go ahead and get married as soon as possible..
..Casey is a quiet guy. That is why it is going to be very difficult to corner him until everybody is ready to talk together.”
The couple met at church while they were still at school. Casey, was a football player and class president at his high school in Gloster, Mississippi, a small town about 30 miles from the Spears family estate in Kentwood, Louisiana. He works as a pipe fitter and likes deer hunting and riding dirt bikes. A friend of Casey said:
“Casey is crazy about Jamie and they are closer than ever. He doesn’t want all this publicity. They are going to get married, but they will probably do it in private, far away from the cameras. They want to raise the baby down here, close to home, not in Los Angeles with all the bright lights. Jamie Lynn doesn’t want to go through the kind of things her sister has been put through as a mother."
