Mischa Barton Busted With Narcotics

O.C. and lesbian T.A.T.U. star was pulled over around 2:45 am under the influence of alcohol and carrying narcotics.  I guess she finally realized that to be famous you must be infamous.  Maybe she was sick and tired of  train wreck suicidal Britney getting all the action.
