Gossip Girl star Blake Lively, 20, who plays beautiful blond Serena van der Woodsen on the hit CW show, had the nose job after filming wrapped on 2006's Accepted, reports Radar Online. Her new nose is thinner, more streamlined.
The insider confirmed that Blake underwent rhinoplasty and then signed on as a cast member of Gossip Girl, but that the two events were unrelated.
