A 'Gossip Girl' insider recently confirmed that cast member Blake Lively underwent a rhinoplasty after filming 2006's Accepted. You can see the before and after pictures here.
OK! magazine chatted with Blake on Wednesday at Chanel Fine Jewelry’s Night Of Diamonds in NYC, and asked her about it. Ambivalent Blake answered:
“I don’t know. It’s the way you address any rumor. People want to talk. They want to create negative things about you and your life, make up things. You can’t look at it. You can’t let them affect you.”
It's completely obvious she had a nose job, and it looks great. Just admit it B!
