Britney Spears Bares Breasts In See Through Top, Being Sued $50,000 For Clothing

Britney Spears bared her endowed upper body while shopping in LA on Tuesday. In stride, a Las Vegas wardrobe consultant, who reportedly has helped Brit out by buying and shipping clothes to her and her children, filed a complaint on January 18 claiming she's not been paid since August 2007.

Nancy Rosu is seeking more than $50,000. According to Rosu's attorney, even after two months' of unsuccessful attempts to reach Spears, she would like to settle the dispute cordially:

"There's no ill will or hard feelings. I know she's got a lot of things going on in her life."
