Farewell 'Gossip Girl' Season 1, Will The Writer's Strike Put Season 2 In Jeopardy?

Here is the ravishing recap for the first stellar season of the CW's hit show 'Gossip Girl'. While GG's stars are generally more entertaining than the actual show, it will still be sorely missed. In the final episode Blair watches her life fall apart right in front of her and tries to run away to Paris, but her BFF Serena comes to her rescue and persuades her to stay.

If we are fortunate enough for the writer's strike to be resolved in the next few months, we'll see new 'Gossip Girl' episodes in the fall. If not, Season 2, may be in jeopardy, along with the rest of television. Until then, episodes 1-13 will be aired on the CW starting January 28.
